Story Reframe

Narrative + Story Coaching

The Story Reframe Program provides a space where participants can take a closer look at these inner narratives and decide which ones they want to keep, rewrite or let go.

Through 1:1 coaching, we’ll not only explore the stories that are currently shaping your life and work, but we’ll also uncover what’s underneath them—your values, patterns and the meaning you’ve been giving them along the way.

From there, you’ll be supported in shaping and crafting stories that feel more honest, intentional and aligned with who you are now (and who you’re becoming).

Along the way, you’ll:

  • Notice the stories you tell yourself and how they influence your choices

  • Identify old or limiting narratives and experiment with new perspectives

  • Make sense of past experiences without getting stuck in them

  • Learn how to tell your story with more clarity, confidence and purpose

  • Practice sharing stories that actually sound like you

We are all made up of stories about who we are, where we’ve been and where we’re headed. While some of those stories support us, others can hold us back.

This program is for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, communicate more effectively and move forward with a story that truly fits.

What clients often leave with:

  • A clearer relationship to their identity

  • Less emotional weight around their story

  • Language that feels self-respecting and intentional

  • Confidence in what they share and how they share it

  • A new sense of authorship over their narrative
